To connect with students, it’s important to build rapport with students and foster engagement in the learning process. With my expertise and experience as an educator I devised a mentoring approach that accommodates the abilities and needs of all learners and discards futile hurdles in academia. This means creating a flexible dialogue, in which students engage in learning in a variety of ways, and are provided options when demonstrating their learning and resolving doubts.

Based on the premise that learners access information differently, this principle means providing digital aid to students to allow them to express their knowledge or demonstrate their skills and resolve issues in their schooling life at their own pace.
